Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your TINI glassware. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  • Email [hello@tiniglass.com] with your order number and the reason for return

  • We'll send you a prepaid return label (if eligible) and instructions

  • Pack the item carefully in its original packaging

  • Drop off with the carrier indicated on the label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end or damage in transit.

Damaged items

If your order arrived damaged, you don't need to return anything. Email [hello@tiniglass.com] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked Final Sale at checkout

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear

Exchanges

We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
