Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud — you’ll be refunded in full if we do.

Shipping & returns

Shipping, returns, and damaged-item handling are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are part of these terms.

Product use

Our glassware is delicate by design. It’s intended for cocktails and beverages at normal temperatures. We are not responsible for breakage caused by misuse, dishwasher use (we recommend hand-washing), thermal shock, or drops.

Intellectual property

All content on tiniglass.com — logos, product names, photography, copy, and designs — belongs to TINI Glass LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce it without written permission.

Your account & conduct

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure. Don’t use the site to do anything illegal, abusive, or that could harm us or other customers.

Disclaimers

Our products and site are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
